By accessing or using SARION, operated by Volta Sovereign AI ("Volta Sovereign AI," "we," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

SARION is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) personal assistant service providing confidential workflow automation, virtual data room analytics, and executive assistance. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SARION only for lawful business purposes. You shall not:

Use the platform to process, transmit, or store illegal or unauthorized material.
Attempt to bypass or compromise any security mechanisms or guardrails.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
Use the service to generate malicious code or conduct unauthorized penetration testing.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the SARION service, including software, algorithms, designs, and documentation, are owned exclusively by Volta Sovereign AI. Your use of the service does not grant you any ownership rights. You retain ownership of any proprietary data you process through the platform.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, Volta Sovereign AI does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, update the platform, or suspend access for security reasons without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Volta Sovereign AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the SARION service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Volta Sovereign AI is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
