Welcome to SARION, a personal assistant service operated by Volta Sovereign AI ("Volta Sovereign AI," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

2. Data Collection Practices

We collect the following types of information:

Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address, company name, and encrypted account credentials.
User Queries: Interactions and queries submitted to SARION are processed to provide workflow automation and analytics.
CSV Files in Dataset SQL: CSV files you load in Dataset SQL are processed in your browser's memory and their rows are not sent to our servers. When the assistant answers a question about them, it is told each table's name, its column names and types and its row count, together with your question. Reloading the page clears the loaded files.
Bug Reports: If you tap "Report a bug", the conversation you have open (if any), what you type in the report box and the time of the report are sent to our team to investigate, together with technical details such as your account, the app version, the screen you were on, your browser and the last error the page noticed, and reports are deleted with your account.

3. Google User Data Policy & Limited Use Disclosure

Sarion integrates with Google Services to enhance your experience. Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, our access to Google user data (such as Google Profile information and Calendar read-only access) is used exclusively to provide user-requested assistance, authenticate users via Single Sign-On (SSO), and schedule briefings within the platform. We strictly adhere to the following principles:

Your Google user data is never shared or sold to third parties.
Your Google user data is never used to train generalized AI models.
We only request the minimum scopes necessary to provide the requested features.

4. Data Retention and Security

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. We employ industry-standard security measures, including encryption at rest and in transit, to protect your information.

5. Your Rights and User Control

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.

Data export: From your account settings you can download a ZIP file with the data we hold about your account.
Account deletion: From your account settings you can delete your account and all your data. Your subscription is cancelled, you can restore the account during a 14-day grace period, and after that period your data is permanently erased. Accounting records of payments are kept without your name or email address.
